Young Adult Ministry

St Stephens YAM (The St Stephen's Cathedral Young Adults Ministry) welcomes all young adults around 18-35yrs to share Faith, Fun, Friendship and Charitable Works    in a friendly and engaging community.  Our signature gathering takes place on First   Saturday every month (except January holidays) at the Cathedral of St Stephen, Brisbane.

  • 4:30pm - Private Prayer
  • 6:00pm - Mass
  • 7:00pm -  Supper
  • 8:00pm - Faith Discussion
  • ​9:00pm - Finish

We also have a group chat on Facebook and regularly host social gatherings like friendly BBQs and soccer games at Roma St Park, cinema and dinner nights, beach days in Summer, and Weekend Retreats at the beautiful Marian Valley.

  2.  To encourage young people to express their sense of belonging to the Church through their participation in its life and mission.
  3.  To empower young people to become true disciples of Jesus and go out to others with a sense of mission, working for justice, peace and human dignity.

CATHEDRAL CAR PARK
The Cathedral car park is available on weekends for members of the public attending Mass or other ceremonies, eg, baptisms , weddings.   The car park will close 30mins after the conclusion of the Mass  or ceremony.
